The LiquiLevel FB Proline system has been designed with one key goal in mind: make tank level indication simple, accurate, and easy to install. At the core of the system is a patented 150mm wide aluminium gauge board design, developed to significantly reduce installation time while maintaining long-term durability.
Rapid and Hassle-Free Installation
Traditional tank level indicators can be time-consuming to install and difficult to align correctly. The LiquiLevel FB Proline solves this problem with an innovative slide-in T nut mounting system.
QwikFit Gauge Board joining System
Spring-loaded long roll-in T-nuts are a specialized version of roll-in T-nuts used with or Aluminium gauge board which features 2 built-in T-slots on the reverse side of the gauge board.

- Holds the nut in place inside the slot before a bolt is installed.
- Prevents the nut from sliding down the extrusion when working with the gauge boards vertically.
- Makes assembly easier because the nut stays where you position it.
- Long body
- Longer than a standard T-nut, giving more contact area with the slot.
- Can provide better load distribution and resistance.
This innovative design allows installers to quickly position and secure the gauge board without complicated drilling or adjustments. Combined with high-quality stainless steel brackets, ensures a secure and stable installation that stands up to demanding environments.

Clear, Reliable Level Indication
Operators and maintenance teams need quick, easy-to-read information when monitoring tank levels. The LiquiLevel FB Proline delivers a high-visibility board level indicator, making it simple to check liquid and fluid levels at a glance.
This clear visual system helps improve monitoring efficiency and reduces the risk of overfilling or unexpected shortages. The level indicator features 4 precision slide bearings that support smooth and accurate movement during operation. This construction improves operational reliability, reduces wear, and extends the overall lifespan of the device, ensuring consistent performance in industrial environments.
This type of system is also commonly known as a reverse float level indicator, where the internal float mechanism accurately reflects the liquid level on the external gauge board. The simple mechanical design ensures dependable operation without the need for electrical components or complex instrumentation.
Layout of key components
- Steel floats are equipped with guide lugs that run along the spring tensioner guide wires. These lugs maintain the float in a vertical orientation, which is critical for accurate tank level measurement. During filling and emptying operations, fluid movement and turbulence can occur within the tank. The guided float design ensures stable operation and allows the float to accurately follow the fluid surface, providing reliable level indication under varying operating conditions.
- The guide wires are anchored to a stainless steel bottom mounting plate, which is normally installed on the tank floor. The mounting plate provides a robust and secure fixing point, ensuring correct guide wire alignment and reliable float operation.
- Adjustable spring tensioners are used to maintain the required tension in the guide wires. Correct guide wire tension is essential for stable float guidance and accurate tank level measurement.
- The float wire is enclosed within a vertical conduit pipe, providing protection from mechanical damage and process conditions. Conduit pipes are available in a range of lengths to accommodate different tank heights and installation requirements.
- High-quality 90° threaded elbow pulleys provide a robust connection between the horizontal and vertical conduit sections. The elbows are fitted with removable inspection covers, enabling simplified installation, cable routing, inspection, and ongoing maintenance.
- Horizontal conduit pipes are installed between the two elbow pulleys. These are available in a range of lengths to accommodate different storage tank layouts and installation requirements.
- Stainless steel braided rope connects the spring tensioners to the base anchor
- The float is connected to the red level indicator by a stainless steel braided cord. This durable, corrosion-resistant cord ensures reliable transmission of float movement, providing a clear, accurate, and continuous visual indication of the liquid level within the tank.
Conduit support system
Most systems require a conduit support bracket which is traditionally welded to the tank on-site which is time consuming and costly. We manufacturer a conduit support kit that is supplied complete with a section of gauge board and fixings for simple and quick solution to safely support the conduit/pipework which saves considerable installation time and labour.
