A simple measuring tape with stainless steel sensor for accurate level measurement of ground water in wells, standpipes and boreholes. Designed for easy operation for surveyors and installers alike. The LiquiLevel DM Dip Meter operates by a 9V battery.

Operation

Switch on the power button and take the stainless steel probe out form it's holder and slowly lower the tape, by unwinding the reel of the tape holder. When the sensor reaches the water level in the Borehole, (standpipe of well) it automatically detect it and make a contact, thus the receiver buzzer will sound, and the red indicator light will show. You can now read the data manually from the ruler.

1. Soft-grip carrying handle.
   
2. Reel wind-up knob complete with rubber retaining loop to prevent reel from unwinding when in storage and transport.
3. Yellow steel surveyors tape marked in RED (metres) and BLACK (mm and cm) encapsulated with a tough durable clear plastic coating for maximum protection.
4. Red light. Illuminates when the stainless steel measuring probe is in contact with water.
5. Buzzer. operates when when the stainless steel measuring probe is in contact with water.
6. Volt Meter. Shows the battery power.
7. 9V battery compartment.
