Our Aluminium Gauge Board system is engineered for durability and precision, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty. Designed to work seamlessly with the LiquiLevel STXL Tank Level Indicator, it is ideal for larger steel and plastic water tanks. Delivered in sections for easy transport and on-site installation, the system consists of a calibrated aluminium gauge board, available in either metric (cm/m) or imperial (ft/in) measurements.
When installed with the LiquiLevel STXL tank level indicator, this is one of the first float-and-gauge board systems globally that reads the actual fluid level, unlike other gauges that provide misleading “back-to-front” readings.

The key component in this system is the Aluminium gauge board that has bee specifically designed for easy installation. With a wall thickness of 2mm this gauge board is heavy duty and robust, yet very lightweight because of the way it has been designed and extruded. Every gauge board is supplied with a calibrated markings in either ft and inches, or cm and metres. We use a high-performance PVC film developed specially for lettering, marking and decoration. The special adhesive enables adhesion onto lacquered surfaces (even, uneven, corrugated), rivets and corrugations. High glossy finished surface with markings in black and Red. image above shows the level indicator which is made in Stainless steel with a Red powder coated finish for clear visual level monitoring. 2 High quality plastic roller bearings keep the Level indicator plumb and runs smoothly up and down the gauge board with minimal friction.
When installing the gauge board to sectional tanks, you can use the existing tank bolts as anchor points as shown in the image above.
The LiquiLevel GB Gauge board system can be installed to any tank providing:-
- The tank side wall is vertical
- There are adequate fixing points on the tank (every 1 mtr/ 3' recommended)
- The top of the tank is no more than 135 degrees.
- there is adequate space to install the LiquiLevel STXL level indicator
